Bob was your average MSP. He knew everything about technology and Managed IT Services. The cloud, backups, disaster recovery, unified communications, VOIP, network monitoring, cybersecurity–you name it, Bob had it all nailed down. He had a handful of loyal customers too. But he had a problem–he just wasn’t able to get new clients. He wasn’t able to grow his MSP business.
Bob was too busy working in his business…fixing stuff for his clients, that he was too busy to work on it. He had no time to market or sell his services to new clients.

Bob went ahead and purchased a marketing automation software program. He expected the marketing automation software to resolve all his business challenges and help him grow his business tremendously.
But, a few months down the line, Bob was in for a rude shock! The marketing automation software hadn’t really helped!
